Parts & Service

Our Service department provides  on average with 100 requests for parts per week for all types of refrigerated cabinets. The Bond Group has over 50,000 drawings of cabinets on file and can usually manufacture parts in our own fabrication department in 10 working days. 

This service level has led to the Bond Group successfully completing various new shelving projects for retailers such as; Waitrose, Morrisons and Southern Co-op. The Bond Group can not only manufacture these parts but we also have service fitters to attend site and fit the new parts as part of the service to the retailer.
